ハンガー型機は最も柔軟性のある機種で、次のように分類できます。
· あるまとまった数量の部品を機内に投入し、回転を開始し、ブラスト後に排出するバッチ型機
· 部品を機械の中を通過させて連続的に移動させるモノレール装置を備えた連続型機
どちらの機械のタイプ部品も、部品のサイズと研掃 要件に従ってブラストホイールでブラストされます。ブラストホイールの数は可変です。
バッチ型機は破損または衝撃損傷を受ける可能性の高いワークピースの 砂落としと中子落としを目的します。さらに金属加工業界でのスケール除去と再コンディショニングのためにも使用されます。部品のサイズを問わず、経済的に研掃できます。
