The Inline Peening System is ideally suited for long parts with or without complex profiles such as wing spars, stringers, chords etc.
Using precision air blast nozzle manipulation, the inline peening system ensures that all areas of the part are properly presented to the peening nozzles. All moving parts of the nozzle manipulators are located outside the blast cabinet for easy access, maintenance and serviceability. Multiple nozzle carriages also facilitate peening both sides of the part simultaneously.
Wheelabrator’s intuitive and ‘easy to use’ controls ensure process repeatability and consistency of results.
The Wheelabrator Automated Airblast Inline Peening Machine is completely tested and proven out at our manufacturing facility to ensure a ‘plug-and-play’ system when it arrives at your plant.
