Wheelabrator Automated Inline Cleaning Systems are designed for high volume applications, where parts do not necessarily conform to a fixed shape.

The Inline Cleaning System is also suited for long parts, especially where cleaning is required simultaneously on both sides.

Cleaning can be carried out by fixed nozzles or nozzles mounted on an automated manipulator to access larger areas. Depending on the application and cleaning required, machines can be provided with suction (siphon) blast nozzles or pressure blast nozzles.

Wheelabrator inline cleaning systems are available in a wide variety of part conveying arrangements such as roller conveyors, endless belt conveyors and indexing conveyors with part fixtures. Conveyor elements in the blast zone are usually manufactured from wear-resistant material to ensure long wear life.

The Wheelabrator Automated Inline Cleaning Machine is completely tested and proven out at our manufacturing facility to ensure a ‘plug-and-play’ system when it arrives at your plant.
