Wheelabrator Automated Airblast Inline and Batch Style Cleaning Machines are designed for users that have high production volume parts, but also have to deal with low volume irregular shaped parts in the same machine.

The airblast cabinet is divided into the ‘Inline’ part and the ‘batch’ part. The high-volume parts are loaded on a conveyor that processes the part in the inline cabinet and the batch style cabinet processes all parts that are not likely to receive proper blast exposure in the inline process.

The Inline Cleaning System is also suited for long parts, especially where cleaning is required simultaneously on both sides.

Cleaning can be carried out by fixed air blast nozzles or nozzles mounted on an automated manipulator to access larger areas. Depending on the application and cleaning required, machines can be provided with suction (siphon) blast nozzles or pressure blast nozzles.

The batch style cabinet can be configured in two ways. The cabinet can be provided with a rotary table that is loaded with a variety of parts or individual parts can be loaded on satellite tables to spin them individually for better coverage.

The Wheelabrator Automated Inline and Batch Style Machine is completely tested and proven out at our manufacturing facility to ensure a ‘plug-and-play’ system when it arrives at your plant.
