The 2-Wheel drum reconditioning system removes rust and conditions the outside of 55 U.S. gallon tight-end drums. The system is flexible enough to provide either a bare metal finish or a light blast finish where the base baked enamel is only roughened for repainting. This high quality, high production AutoBlast machine efficiently handles up to 120 closed drums per hour at a SSPC-SP6 finish, depending on the drum condition. Up to 175 drums per hour are processed at a light surface etch.
