The Inline Descaling System for Wire and Bar is a fully automated system designed to descale and remove rust. This system offers an environmentally preferred alternative to acid pickling for in line cleaning of wire rod and bar stock. High speed descaling is possible on a wide range of material sizes ranging in diameter or thickness from 1/4" to 4". Commonly used for cleaning rounds, it is highly effective on squares, hexes, flats and other shapes. Blast wheels surrounding the work envelope achieve excellent coverage of the product.
