The machines utilize special high performance blast and recovery systems enabling them to be used on site without dust or disposal problems. Spent abrasive dust and debris are recovered continuously and reusable abrasive is recycled to the gun.
There is a wide range of standard machines available ranging from the light duty suction fed EDUCT-O-MATIC to the popular and well-known SA04 (Junior), and onto the high powered 08-2, 10 and 14 pressure fed systems. Either pneumatically generated recovery or vacuum pump generated recovery can be specified. The machines are able to handle a wide range of abrasive sizes allowing varying surface finishes to be achieved and therefore are ideally suited to a large number of on-location blasting operations. Solutions for special applications are also available.
