Wheelabrator stands out through its wide range of solutions tailored for diverse industries and applications. In shot peening alone, we have an incredible breadth and depth of experience. From critical aerospace applications to super-efficient peening solutions for automotive springs.

And we are our own customer, designing and building the equipment as well as having a high-spec subcontract shot peening team that’s using the equipment. Shot peening experts across equipment, services and customer teams collaborate to drives real measurable results for our customers’ production.

What do you value most about the relationships with our customers?

What I value most is building long-term partnerships rooted in trust. When we share our technical expertise and truly understand our customers’ needs, we create confidence—and that often leads to repeat business. It’s rewarding to know that the support we provide helps them succeed and keeps them coming back.

What’s your most memorable customer moment?

A customer in North America gave us a reference that resulted in us supplying equipment to all their plants globally. That’s an incredible mark of trust and confidence.

If you could have a superpower to do your job better, what would it be and why?

The ability to read minds, so I could anticipate customer challenges before they even recognize them. It would allow me to offer proactive solutions and deliver exceptional service every time!

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I like playing golf and watching soccer in my free time.
