200 PR - robotic automatic peening (blasting) system
A versatile robotic system for cleaning and surface preparation application, the Wheelabrator Ventus 200 PR Robot machine is specifically designed for the surface preparation cleaning for a wide range of different applications such Rust and heat scale removal, paint stripping, surface texturing, preparation for painting, bonding and plating, corrosion removal, shot peening and general component cleaning. Its 6-axis robot interpolated with an indexing position rotary table allow various parts processing from aerospace sector as turbine disks, casings, and blades, or parts of general industries as mould, valve ball, hydraulic distributor…Different versions are configurable, from manual adjustment of blasting parameter, to PLC close loop control regulation of pressure and media flow providing the most efficient process control and performance.
