Carousel (SPH)

The Carousel Rotary Machine is a compact, high-performance blast cleaning system designed for the targeted treatment of components not suitable for tumbling. Featuring a revolving blast chamber with two or three compartments, the SPH allows for simultaneous blasting, loading, and unloading, optimising productivity while maintaining a small footprint and simple, pitless installation.
Each compartment is equipped with a rotating spinner hook, enabling full part exposure in front of the blast wheels and eliminating blast shadows. Ideal for descaling, deburring, and sand removal, the SPH is particularly well-suited to aluminium parts, castings, and forged components of varying shapes and sizes.
