Robot Gripper (RG)
The Concrete Block Machine LBG is a purpose-built shot blast system designed for high-speed surface texturing of concrete products such as blocks, kerbstones,slabs, and pavers. By creating a uniform blasted finish, the LBG enhances the aesthetic value and surface character of the product—ideal for premium architectural applications.
The machine uses a series of adjustable blast wheels, strategically positioned to treat both horizontal and vertical surfaces. With options for two to four wheelsand programmable start/stop functions, the system delivers highly controlled surface finishes while preserving the dimensional integrity of delicate concretesubstrates.
