The Crankshaft Rotating Carousel (CRC) blast machine is engineered for the continuous, high-throughput blasting of crankshafts and other similarly shaped components. Its rotary indexing carousel design allows parts to be loaded and unloaded outside the blast chamber while blasting occurs—significantly boosting productivity and ensuring minimal cycle interruptions.
With dedicated part holders and precise spindle rotation, the CRC ensures full, 360° abrasive coverage of each workpiece, making it ideal for demanding cleaning, peening, or surface preparation applications in powertrain, automotive, and heavy industrial sectors.
