Overhead Monorail (HTC)

The HTC Overhead Monorailis a continuously operating blast cleaning system engineered for high-speed, inline processing of steel structures, welded components, flame-cut parts, and castings. Its fixed-hook configuration and constant-speed monorail conveyor make it ideal for integration into automated production lines.
Equipped with diagonally aligned TITAN blast wheelsin an “X” configuration, the HTC delivers maximum surface coverage, even on leading edges and irregular geometries—achieving consistent, high-quality surface preparation at fast cycle rates.

Applications
- Sand removal from castings and fabricated parts
- Rust, scale, and oxide removal from forged and flame-cut components
- Surface preparation before painting, coating, or galvanizing
- Burr and flash removal from welded or processed parts
- Pre-treatment of structural steel and large assemblies
