Overhead Monorails

The Overhead Monorails range from Wheelabrator offers a robust and flexible solution for high-efficiency blast cleaning across a wide variety of components and production environments. These systems combine powerful surface treatment capabilities with integrated materials handling, improving throughput, consistency, and process control.
Available in multiple configuration - including straight-through, loop, and Y-track systems. Overhead Monorails can be set up for batch or continuous operation.
Components are transported on rotating or oscillating hooks and exposed to high-performance blast wheels, ensuring complete and uniform coverage in every cycle.
Why Overhead Monorails?
Overhead Monorails don’t just clean — they streamline production. By integrating transport and blast cleaning into one continuous flow, they reduce manual handling, improve consistency, and deliver
operational efficiency.
From light alloy components to heavy castings, the range offers a scalable solution to meet today’s manufacturing demands.
