Overhead Monorails - Continuous Systems
Continuous systems are designed for high-volume, high-efficiency blast cleaning with uninterrupted part flow. Workpieces are transported through the blast chamber on overhead monorails — either rotating (DHB) or static (HTC) — allowing constant throughput and minimal handling.
Spinning (DHB): Hangers rotate as they pass through the blast zone, ensuring uniform coverage during high-speed processing.
Non-Spinning (HTC): Ideal for parts with stable geometries where targeted blast coverage can be achieved with fixed orientation.
