TheRail Wheel Peening Machineis a fully automated, high-performance system designed for the controlled shot peening of railway wheels, ensuring optimal surfaceintegrity, fatigue strength, and dimensional precision.
Using two high-efficiency TITAN™ 17.5 turbines, the system provides uniform and repeatable peeningon the rolling surfacesof rail wheels. The process is fullyautomated — each wheel is loaded individually, rotated during blasting, and then automatically conveyed through cleaning and discharge stages.
The machine’s robust manganese steel construction, wear-resistant blast chamber lining, and automated abrasive control guarantee consistent performance, minimaldowntime, and long service life. The system’s compact, sealed design allows it to be easily integrated into modern rail wheel manufacturing and refurbishment lines.
