The Roller Conveyor (Billet Multi Bar) shot blast machine is engineered for the mechanical descaling of steel bars, billets, and sections in high-performanceproduction environments.
Designed for continuous, high-speed operation, it delivers uniform and efficient surface cleaning across multiple bars simultaneously using longitudinal blastingtechnology powered by high-efficiency ATLAS™ blast wheels. The result is consistently clean surfaces ready for downstream processing.
The system can operate as a stand-alone unit or as part of an integrated production line, combining robust wear-resistant construction with energy-efficientdesign to ensure long service life, reliability, and reduced operational costs.
