Roller Conveyor (EMP)

The Roller Conveyor EPM is a purpose-built shot blast machine engineered for the internal and external cleaning of pipe sections. Designed for maximum precision and throughput, it uses an upblast configuration to thoroughly treat cylindrical surfaces—making it ideal for pipe mills, steel processors, and fabrication plants.
The system blasts pipes from below using high-performance TITAN blast wheels, with optional rotating devices and indexing controls to ensure complete 360° coverage. This machine is often integrated into pipe coating, inspection, or cutting lines, where surface preparation is critical to downstream processes.
