Rotary Mesh Table (RMT)

The Rotary Mesh Table (RMT) is a compact, high-efficiency blast machine designed for continuous processing of smaller workpieces with a minimal footprint and fast setup. Utilising a rotating ring-shaped mesh belt, the system allows loading and unloading from the same position—ideal for single-operator use in high-mix, low-volume production environments.

Equipped with four direct-drive TITAN blast wheels targeting from above and below, the RMT delivers complete, all-around blast coverage in one pass. Its spring-steel wire mesh belt ensures maximum durability while allowing consistent blast access to every surface of the part.
