Rotary Table (TAS/RT)

The Rotary Table shot blast machine delivers precise, repeatable, and high-performance surface treatment for rotational and symmetrical components.
Developed for demanding production environments such as the automotive industry, the system ensures uniform blast results, short cycle times, and low process costs, making it ideal for 3-shift operation and automated production cells. Each machine features a precisely indexing turntable with separately driven satellites, allowing continuous processing - loading/unloading while blasting occurs simultaneously. Available with horizontally or vertically arranged blast wheels, the Rotary Table can be configured for cleaning, descaling, or shot peening, depending on the application.
The design supports manual or robotic handling, and integrates seamlessly into automated production lines, delivering reproducible results and maximum process reliability.
