Spring Peening Machine (RDS)

The Spring Peening machine is a high-capacity, rotary through-feed shot peening system specifically engineered for thecontinuous treatment of coil springs—includingsuspension, valve, and disc springs. Designed for fully automated integration into production lines, it delivers process-stable, repeatable peeningat high throughput rateswhile meeting the rigorous standards of theautomotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
Springs are conveyed through the blast zone on horizontally rotating rollers while being continuously rotated, ensuringuniform peening coveragealong their full lengthand circumference. With optional single- or double-strand configurations and up to four high-performance blast wheels, the Spring Peening machine is ideal for high-volume manufacturing environments where consistency, durability, and traceability are essential.
