Stress Spring Peening Machine (SRS)
The Stress Spring Peening Machine (SRS)is a high-performance, automated system engineered for the controlled stress peening of coil springs in automotive, industrial, and aerospace applications.
By applying a defined mechanical load to each spring during peening, the system introduces deep residual compressive stresses into the material — significantlyenhancing fatigue strength, improving load capacity, and enabling lighter spring designs.
Using a rotary satellite turntable with multiple peening chambers, the SRS system ensures continuous operation with overlapping cycles of loading, peening, andunloading. Powerful Universal blast wheels deliver uniform 360° surface coverage, allowing for fast, precise, and repeatable processing of high-volume spring productionlines.
The system can be easily integrated into automated manufacturing environments and works seamlessly with pre-peening systems to achieve optimum surface treatmentand fatigue performance.
