TUMBLAST® Batch (TMR/TMS)

The TUMBLAST® Batch is a compact, flexible shot blast solution for batch processing of tumble-proof parts. Designed for high performance and reliability, it uses a rotating conveyor belt—available in rubber or steel—to gently tumble workpieces for all-round abrasive exposure.
With batch capacities ranging from 100 to 1,200 litres and load weights up to 2.5 tonnes, the system is adaptable to a wide range of component sizes and production needs. Its robust, space-saving design and proven blasting performance make it suitable for integration into both manual and automated workflows.

Applications
- Sand removal and descaling of ferrous and non-ferrous castings
- Deburring of metal and plastic components
