TUMBLAST® Rocker Drum Batch (DTC)

The TUMBLAST® Rocker Drum Batch is a high-efficiency through-feed shot blast machine for continuous cleaning of small to medium-sized castings and forgings. Its polygon-shaped rocking drum ensures gentle tumbling and full surface exposure for consistent, thorough blast cleaning.
Top-mounted blast wheels optimise abrasive energy and minimise cycle times. Designed for integration into automated production lines, the system supports high throughput, reduces manual handling, and lowers operating costs.

Applications
- Sand and core removal from castings
- Descaling of cast and forged components
- Cleaning of mixed or single product runs
- Removal of residual abrasive from internal surfaces
- Preparation of surfaces for downstream processing
Key benefits
Consistent Cleaning Quality
Polygon-shaped drum and top-mounted blast wheels ensure full surface exposure and uniform results.
Efficient Throughput
Continuous operation with automated material flow enables high productivity and reduced cycle times.
Reduced Wear and Maintenance
Optimised abrasive flow and minimal internal moving parts within the blasting zone extend component life.
Compact Footprint
Designed for integration with minimal floor space requirements.
Safe, Dust-Free Operation
Enclosed system with dust collection and minimal manual handling improves operator safety.
Flexible Production Compatibility
Automatically adjusts to part flow rate and batch volume.
