TUMBLAST® Rocker Drum Continuous (DT)

The TUMBLAST® Rocker Drum Continuous is a batch-type blast cleaning machine engineered for sand removal and descaling of tumble-proof castings and forgings. It features a polygon-shaped drum that rocks through 120° for full exposure of all workpiece surfaces and gentle tumbling throughout the blasting and unloading process.
With blast wheels positioned along the longitudinal axis directly above the workload, the system delivers efficient, uniform results and maximised abrasive energy usage. Compact in design and simple to operate, it integrates easily into automated lines for virtually continuous production.

Applications
- Sand removal and of grey, ductile, steel, and malleable iron castings
