The Wire and Bar (FL)
The Wire and Bar (FL) series from Wheelabrator is a high-speed, precision-engineered shot blast solution for longitudinal descaling of wire, rod, and bar products. Designed for inline or standalone operation, the FL range supports drawing line speeds of up to 240 m/min, offering flexibility across varying production volumes and material cross-sections.
With blast wheel configurations ranging from 3 to 6 units and optimised guide systems, the FL series ensures uniform scale removal, long component life, and seamless integration into automated or manual lines.
