传统上,在铸造工厂的冷却过程中,通过连续通过式抛丸机(一种履带式抛丸机)直接对制动盘进行除砂及清理。
然而,随着汽车部件的工艺日益复杂,价格昂贵,很多汽车制造商及供应商正选用无部件接触及翻滚动作的方式来对制动盘进行除砂及清理,使用倾斜皮带设备可实现该目的。其中制动盘固定在垂直位置,两面均经过抛丸处理,同时在连续通过式设备内缓慢穿过。
