Manual Air & Wet Blast Cabinets Gallery

A complete range of airblast cabinets are available, from manual to highly automated machines. All dry and free running abrasives can be used.

For a competitively-priced machine for standard one-shift operations, you won't go wrong with the high quality SmartLine cabinet. Various options are available, including turntables, and rotating barrels.

For absolute precision and a 20% improvement in efficiency (compared to other airblast cabinets in the market) that can be customised to suit your 1, 2 or 3 shift operation, then look no further than the outstanding Vacu-Blast Ventus cabinet.

In the wet blasting process a water-abrasive mixture is used. The water washes contaminants like grease and oil away, and dust is eradicated. Wet blasting is often used for refurbishing parts such as motor and compressor parts, or in very clean environments, such as aerospace and medical applications.

  • SmartLine Airblast Cabinets Stainless steel constructed, standard, suction and pressure fed airblast cabinets. Pressure-fed - for high performance, high output. Suction-fed - for a less aggressive surface treatment, and lower performance using significantly less compressed air.
  • Vacu-Blast Ventus Airblast cabinet An aerospace and medical industry staple for over 30 years. It's most recent variation, the Mark 3, can be adjusted to suit the height of the operator. Varying levels of automation are available, and the Vacu-Blast cabinets can also be fitted with a superb quality dust cyclone abrasive separator, ensuring that your components are only being treated by your chosen abrasive - and not recirculated dust and fines.

  • Wet Blast Cabinets The Wet Blast process provides component cleaning, degreasing and finishing in one operation. Compared with dry blasting it is less aggressive, does not generate dust, can process components such as titanium without risk of explosion, reduces media consumption and leaves a cleaner, brighter surface finish.

  • Pressure Fed Air Blasting The pressure fed air blast cabinets from Wheelabrator have been designed specifically for production applications where a high work output is required, combined with optimum abrasive quality.
  • Suction Fed Air Blasting Suction fed air blast cabinets have been designed specifically for production applications where a less aggressive surface treatment is required. Suction fed blasting has a lower performance than pressure fed blasting, but uses significantly less compressed air.
