What is the best part of your role?

The best part is visiting customers, whether they’re new or long-standing. It’s fascinating to explore their unique processes, ask questions, and discover their distinct priorities and challenges. No customer is the same, even within the same sector, which keeps things exciting. Helping customers by tailoring solutions to their specific needs and seeing how our technology can make a difference is incredibly rewarding.

What do you value most about the relationships/partnerships with our customers?

What I value most is the opportunity to work closely with customers to understand their unique way of doing things. It’s about building trust and becoming an extension of their team, offering not just equipment but also technical knowledge and support that helps them achieve their goals. There’s a lot of satisfaction in contributing to their success.

What’s your most memorable customer moment?

One memorable moment was helping a customer resolve an issue with their abrasive reclaim system on a non-Wheelabrator machine. By transitioning them to technology they already trusted on their Wheelabrator machines, we dramatically reduced maintenance and downtime. It was a great feeling to know we made such a meaningful difference for their operations.

If you could have a superpower to do your job better, what would it be and why? 

A superpower i would like to have would be to shrink my body to fit in while I inspect our customer's machines so nothing gets missed!

What is your favorite hobby to enjoy during your free time outside of work?

After hours, I enjoy my free time swimming as a hobby and spending time with my kids, who demand a lot of energy!
