Spencer Halsted Shot Blast Machine Parts

Spencer Halsted shot blast machine parts

The right parts for your machine, plus upgrade options to slash running costs.

Founded in 1912, Spencer & Halstead, of Ossett in Yorkshire, started manufacturing wheel blast machines in the 1950s. Known for its tumblast and rotary table machines, the brand joined the Wheelabrator family in the late 1990s.

The Spencer Halstead marque was phased after that, but the name Spencer still appeared alongside Tilghman throughout the 2000s. If your shot blast machine bears the name Halstead, it is likely to be over 25 years old. We can help you keep it running – or make it better.

We continue to supply original parts for all our legacy brands and are committed to keeping your machine going.

From wheel blades to control cages, we have the right parts for your equipment.

But did you know you can slash your running costs by switching to modern blast wheels?

An upgrade to the latest blast wheel technology will dramatically reduce your abrasive consumption and energy use, reduce maintenance costs, and improve the performance of your machine.

Extra production capacity, lower operating costs

Blast wheel upgrades can give you the performance of a new machine without the capital outlay. A switch to modern wheel technology unlocks savings on parts, abrasive and energy, while delivering increased uptime.

Our portfolio of state-of-the-art, constantly improved blast wheels offers a range of options for Spencer Halstead shot blast machines.
